The Affiliated Blind of Louisiana is hosting our 3rd annual Louisiana J.A.M., music festival on Saturday, May 11. We would like to invite you to exhibit and sell your art and craft items at our event this year. Your participation is appreciated! For only a $25 vendor fee, you will have the opportunity to reach over 1000 festival participants, but also assist Affiliated Blind of Louisiana. Louisiana J.A.M.(Joining Affiliated Blind’s Mission), is a fund raiser and awareness building activity. The donation of your time and talent helps to attract the public to our event.
To secure a 10x10 spot: Please fill out the attached application and send back with $25.00 vendor fee no later than Monday, April 29, 2013. Please send fee to: ABL, Attn: State Office, 409 W. St. Mary Blvd., Lafayette, LA 70506
